What happens after you reach out
- Within one business day, an engineer calls to ask about your contracts, the data you receive and your current IT setup.
- We review your existing SPRS score, System Security Plan and policies, if you have them.
- You get a written gap summary, a recommended path (Level 1 self-assessment, Level 2 self-assessment or C3PAO certification) and a fixed-price proposal.
- If you go ahead, we schedule remediation around your production work, not the other way around.
